After a long, successful career in the lending industry, Holly Hack purchased EXIT Realty Paramount in the fall of 2011, propelled by her passion for people and her desire to not just find people a house, but to help them find their perfect home.  As a native of Traverse City, Holly has always made this community and the families in it a top priority.  While growing her business and raising her three beautiful children, she has also gladly served on the boards of several charities and family-first organizations, such as the Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center and Child and Family Services.

Kate Reichard came to EXIT in the Fall of 2015 after many years of making people happy and serving worthwhile causes in the community.  As a business owner, mother, and loyal volunteer for Bras for a Cause, she learned what it means to put people first and do what is necessary to bring excellent results to the table.

Holly and Kate have decided to combine their individual strengths and love for people to form a partnership with one sole focus: to put their client’s goals first in their business!  As their client, you will be their #1 priority.
